Delivery across Pakistan

We deliver auraic® orders across Pakistan to locations served by our delivery partners. If your address is outside their coverage, we will contact you before dispatch to arrange an available option or cancel and refund any prepaid amount.

Delivery time

Orders are normally delivered within 5 business days after confirmation. This is an estimated delivery period. Remote locations, courier delays, public holidays and weather may affect delivery.

We will notify you of a material delay. Contact support if your order has not arrived within the estimated period.

Shipping charges and payment

All prices are in Pakistani rupees. Applicable delivery charges and your complete payable total are shown before you place your order.

Cash on delivery is available in supported locations. Other payment methods, when available, are displayed at checkout. Pay only the confirmed total communicated for your order.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking information through the contact details provided with your order, where tracking is available.

Delivery details and changes

Please provide your complete address, active phone number and correct recipient name. Contact us promptly if anything needs to change.

We can usually amend or cancel an order before dispatch; changes after dispatch depend on the courier. Any additional delivery charge must be disclosed and agreed before re-dispatch.

Damaged, incorrect or incomplete deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or contains an incorrect or missing item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and available photographs.

An unboxing video is helpful but is not compulsory. Do not use a product with a compromised seal or suspected contamination.

We will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund under our Refund and Return Policy.
