About these terms

These terms apply to your use of theauraic.com and purchases made through it. The Pakistan seller is auraic Pvt Ltd, trading as auraic®. Please read these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Refund and Return Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes information associated with your visits and purchases as described in our Privacy Policy and Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy.

Ordering

Provide accurate contact and delivery details and ensure you are legally able to make the purchase. If ordering for another person, you must have permission to provide their details. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We confirm acceptance and dispatch separately.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any amount paid for the unfulfilled order.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees. Your applicable delivery charges, taxes and complete payable total are displayed before you place the order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Prices may change for future orders.

If a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you before fulfilment. You may accept the corrected details or cancel for a full refund.

Products and availability

Product descriptions, sizes, ingredients and directions are provided on the applicable product page and packaging. Photography and screen settings may affect how colours appear. Availability may change.

We will not substitute a paid product or your selected complimentary product without your agreement.

Vault and promotional purchases

Your order confirmation identifies the products and complimentary items included in your purchase. Promotions apply only while advertised and subject to any stated eligibility and availability conditions. Mystery gift contents may vary. Complimentary items have no separate cash value.

Any membership benefits are those expressly stated when offered; membership does not guarantee future gifts, discounts or selection for community activities. Existing confirmed orders remain subject to the offer accepted at purchase.

Product use

Follow the directions and precautions on each product's packaging. Products are for cosmetic use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

Reviews should reflect your honest experience. We may remove unlawful, abusive, misleading or irrelevant content. Submitting a review does not transfer ownership of your photographs or videos to us.

Any wider marketing reuse of your content requires separately agreed permission where applicable.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but interruptions or errors can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the website or events outside our reasonable control.
